Running your first half marathon is not an easy task. Kaya kelangan mo talaga itong paghandaan. Ang half marathon ay 21.1 km o 13.1 miles.

In this video, I shared some tips that can help you in your half marathon. Kung beginner runner ka marami kang dapat malaman para maayos mong matapos ang distance na ito. Kung ikaw naman ay experienced runner na, tingin ko ay may mapupulot ka pa ding tips na maiaapply mo sa next half or full marathon mo.
