The majority of my run workouts are aerobic – meaning slow and easy runs usually in Zone 2 or Zone 3. By improving the aerobic energy system, the body can sustain activity for longer periods, decreasing fatigue overall. In this video, I provided important details regarding aerobic running and how to perform it correctly using heart rate.
